As a result of the way that some devices are manufactured, there is a risk of further damage or faults developing during repair. Post repair, some iPhone models may display the following message 'Important Display Message' on the lock screen and under settings. The message is designed to inform the user that the device cannot verify the authenticity of the installed display. It will self-remove after 15 days and is then retained in the About page of Settings. It's a notification, not a functional issue, and the iPhone's performance is not affected.

An iPhone Touch ID/Face ID sensor is delicate. In the event that these parts fail, Apple prohibits any 3rd parties from replacing them. As a result of a serialisation that the manufacturer has programmed into the original part, the component ceases to function when it is replaced. In some cases, damage to the screen can also damage the home buttons and fingerprint sensors, causing Face ID to cease to work altogether. For further information, please speak to your local Fix&Go Repair Specialist who can advise further.

Post a battery replacement in some generations of iPhones, the message "Your battery needs a service" appears on some models under the battery section in settings. This message has no impact on the device's functionality or the battery performance.
