As a result of the way that some devices are manufactured, there is a risk of further damage or faults developing during repair. While this risk is minimal, we run diagnostics on your device at the start of your appointment. To ensure we identify any physical damage before carrying out a repair that would indicate a higher likelihood of additional damage occurring.

Post repair, some iPhone models may display the following message 'Important Display Message' on the lock screen and under settings. The message is designed to inform the user that the device cannot verify the authenticity of the installed display. It will self-remove after 15 days and is then retained in the About page of Settings. It's a notification, not a functional issue, and the iPhone's performance is not affected.
